Switching "Rise100" on, plug in battery cable, -- using the key, -- switch to on, --on the handlebars push in red button, check battery power level then move over to the LCD, depress bottom power button for 3 second.
"Rise100" is now on.
The USB port is for charging phones, laptops and heated clothing in winter.
