Be responsible hold-on to your "Rise100" firmly when using escalators or stairs, --- keep it to one side ---, a step down, out of the way of other commuters, who wish to squeeze past while descending, if in any way you
feel unsure about your control over your "Rise100" take the lift or ramp.
If there's no lift or ramp ride to the next station or one that has one.

There is no weight to carry except for Lifting and Bumping "Rise100" on and off public transport plus 25% of the front weight which is easy when climbing stairs, it's often the case that when a train arrives or you're in the action of dismounting there is a step or drop, in some cases more than 6" - 15cm.
When in the process of mounting, step on-to your carriage then just pull by the walk handle and roll "Rise100" up the step via rear motor wheel.
When dismounting push motor wheel to the edge then roll or bump down your bike, spin through 180 degrees, stand it upright power/push/walk-on. For this type of manoeuvre or using escalators make sure the battery is securely locked into place with the safety on/off key.
Further, when travelling at rush-hour whereby, passenger space is tight, place "Rise100" flat to your stomach, fitting your feet under either side of the motor wheel, in this way the bike is in your personal groin space which is the distance from the tip of your shoes back to your instep about 6", 15cm. "Rise100" fits into this space nicely but if you require an even smaller profile, take out your seat fit it in from the bottom (up-side-down).
If possible always hold onto a passenger handle or pole while commuting with "Rise100" , if not stand with a wide gait in the direction of your travel and again hold onto your bike firmly.
A rain Mack for "Rise100" is being designed and will be with you guy's soon.
