This is the "Rise100" suspension unit that does two jobs when adjusted with no play, 1st suspension for the rider, 2nd allowing for black line braking when the rider leans back pulling the handlebars towards them squeezing the "Flex Rig" bike frame in a braking manoeuvre on flat roads, incline roads only need a little "Flexing" but on descending roads care must be taken, ---the rider must always sit in an upright position with the handlebar stem adjusted according to their height and arm reach.

Ass up, head down position doesn't work and should be avoided.
